Cirque 2009 is the working title for the newest Cirque du Soleil touring production. The official title will be announced a few weeks prior to the Premiere.

As "Cirque 2009" is still in development, it is not possible to confirm if strobe lights or smoke will be used during the performance. More details will come.
Cirque 2009 will be a 2h30 performance, including a 30 minute intermission.
As "Cirque 2009" is still in development, it is not possible to confirm if this show is suitable for kids. However, since most of our touring shows are created for the whole family, Cirque 2009 will probably be suitable for children as well.

You may choose to have your tickets delivered by e-mail as E-tickets or to have them mailed to you by regular mail.
An e-ticket is a ticket sent to you via e-mail in a PDF attachment within minutes of your transaction. You print your ticket(s) at home and bring them to the show. You need
Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print your tickets.

If you have chosen to receive your tickets by regular mail, please allow for the time required for delivery. If you have chosen to receive your tickets by e-mail and did not receive them,
click here to have your tickets resent to your e-mail address. If you do not receive your tickets within 48 hours of the performance date, please contact us immediately by phone at 1 877 688-2699. Have handy as much information as possible, including your order number. A Customer Service representative will help you with your tickets.
All transactions made over the phone or via the web must be paid by credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. You may pay cash if you go to the box office on site once we arrive in your town.
If you have a MasterCard or a Visa, the verification code is on the back. You will see three extra digits in the signature area at the end of the credit card number. With American Express, the verification code is on the front of the card. It is the four-digit number to the right above the card number.
The person to whom the tickets are given must bring a photocopy of both sides of the credit card used to purchase the tickets (first 12 digits can be hidden with a pen, letting only the 4 last digits appear on the copy); a photocopy of a piece of the ticket buyer photo ID, such as a driver's licence; a letter of permission signed by the ticket buyer; the confirmation number provided at the time of purchase.
There are no gift certificates available for this show.
There will be regular restrooms (not portable) with running water on site. Handicapped restrooms will be available as well.
To obtain your upgrade voucher, you must
register as a Cirque Club member (it's free). Once your registration has been confirmed, you can
access upgrade vouchers from the Cirque Club home page.
All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.
The online purchase process lets you see exactly where seats are available in the Grand Chapiteau with up to four options per section. You can decide which of the four options suits you best simply by clicking on it.
These reservations can't be made via the web. To reserve a seat or space for someone with limited mobility, please call 1 800 450-1480, Monday to Friday, between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET and have your American Express, MasterCard or Visa credit card ready. All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.
At certain steps in the ordering process we will be holding tickets for you, therefore making them unavailable to others. The timer counts down the amount of time you have left to complete each step before the tickets will be made available to someone else. Don't worry; when only 30 seconds remain you will be asked if you need more time.

Simply replace the ink cartridge or put more paper into your printer and reprint the PDF file.
You will need your order number and e-mail address to
log in to reprint your tickets. Once you log in, you will be able to reprint your tickets immediately while online, or request them via e-mail. The new tickets will contain new bar codes and your old tickets will be automatically cancelled. Be sure to present the correct E-tickets at the door.
