visit our Boutique.
As soon as each package leaves our warehouse, we send you an e-mail to let you know it's on the way. Your package may be sent by USPS or FedEx. At that time, you'll receive our preferred carrier's tracking number for your order. You can use this number to track your package online at www.usps.com or www.fedex.com. You can also
visit the Cirque du Soleil Boutique and click on “where is my order?” at the bottom of each page. Use your e-mail and password created exclusively for the Boutique at purchase time. Click “login to your account.” Please note that there is no tracking outside Canada and the United States. International orders are sent through regular mail.
For the most part, the merchandise available on site at our shows is the same as that in the online boutique. However, show-specific articles are not available at other shows, with the exception of CDs and DVDs, which are offered everywhere. For instance, you will not find
Corteo merchandise at the
Varekai show site, but most merchandise from both shows is available in the
online Boutique.
You can change your order anytime during the checkout process by clicking on "cancel checkout." Once you have clicked on "pay," you cannot go back and cancel your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for purchases made in the online Boutique.
When an item is out of stock, it means we do not currently have any on hand at our premises. It is not possible to order an item that is “out of stock.”
For your security, all transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. The Cirque du Soleil Boutique respects the confidentiality of customer information.
